Toby Nathan

Toby serves as a Recruitment Consultant. 

Toby has extensive experience in executive search managing all facets of bringing the best and brightest talent to organizations and meeting aggressive recruiting goals.  She has built value by developing innovative results-driven programs in recruitment, sourcing, and search methods.  

Toby has partnered with Fortune 500 executives, global business professionals, and leaders across all industries, including professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profits & associations, and financial services.

Prior to executive search, she spent time in health care and has served as a Director of Human Resources with a special emphasis on recruitment, compensation, and benefits.

Toby earned her M.S. in Industrial Relations from Loyola University, Chicago, IL, and a B.S. degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Toby and her husband live in the Chicago area with their daughter Madelyn and dog Bentley. She has many interests and devotes her passion to volunteering for an animal shelter and an organization that’s mission is to fight poverty and hunger in Chicago. She is also an artist who works in a variety of mediums.
