Nick Lazzara

Nick Lazzara serves as a Partner with Randall Partners. He is a seasoned executive search leader with well over a decade of experience in the Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing sectors.

He has successfully partnered with clients ranging from high-growth PE-backed portfolio companies to Fortune 500 leaders across all industries, helping them build game-changing executive and functional leadership teams. He has strong expertise in executive-level appointments across all phases of Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing, deploying a consultative approach while successfully leading over 150 successful searches in his career. He is an avid follower of functional trends and is active in the field, including serving as President of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) – Chicago.

Before joining Randall Partners, Nick was a senior leader and key revenue generator at a well-known boutique search firm, where he was an early-stage employee and a major driver of their growth within the field.

Nick holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with his wife and newborn son. When he can find a spare moment, he enjoys spending his free time grilling, playing basketball, taking hacks on the golf course, and philosophizing with friends about Chicago sports.
