Noel Mangan

Noel Mangan is a Senior Vice President with Randall Partners based out of Chicago.

With over 10 years of executive search experience, Noel has experience working with private equity, privately held, and public organizations to find top leaders across multiple industries. Noel has successfully completed assignments for Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating and Supply Chain Officers, Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing, and Board Members of growing companies. 

Previously, Noel served as a Vice President specializing in the consumer, food, and beverage industries serving clients ranging from multi-billionaire dollar public companies to small to mid-cap private equity clients seeking C-level and Board Member talent. The foundation of Noel’s background is with a top global retained search firm where she was focused in the retail, consumer, and food and beverage industries. Noel also served as the Head of Research and Recruiting for a top global retained search firm, leading a team of 60+ on all global recruiting strategy and execution, as well as all learning and development efforts.

 Noel has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with minors in Business and Sociology from Indiana University. She resides in Winnetka with her husband and two sons. Noel is a travel enthusiast, passionate baker, and cook, and enjoys spending time on a beach or near a lake with her friends and family.
