Nick Slee

Nick Slee serves as the President of Randall Partners. In this function, he partners with clients in recruiting leaders and also assists with the strategy and execution of the firm's growth.

In a retained search career spanning over two decades, Nick first served as the Vice President of Global Research at a leading executive search firm. In this role, he managed a global research team of over 100 associates and was responsible for all recruitment, search execution, management, administration, and training. Subsequently, Nick was tasked with leading the Global Internal Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution where he recruited client partners to join the firm in offices around the world, propelling the firm to a leading spot in retained executive search.

Since 2007, Nick was a Partner specializing in senior-level search assignments across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Private Equity, and Industrial. He is an astute judge of character and a trustworthy search partner who always keeps his client’s best interest at the forefront. He repeatedly receives praise from both clients and candidates for making the search and placement processes smooth and efficient. Nick and his wife Megan live in Wilmette with their four children. The Slees are active in their local community, school, and church, as well as Children's Home and Aid, a leading child and family service agency in Illinois. Nick graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2000.
