Matt Wybraniec

Matt serves as an Associate with Randall Partners. In this role, Matt assists in business development, search execution, and strategic growth of the firm.

With a passion to see companies and people grow, Matt has worked in the management consulting sphere both academically and professionally. He has worked with numerous companies ranging in industry and size from the startup level all the way up to Fortune 50.

Matt graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Finance. During his time there, he was involved with various consulting and professional organizations within the college of business, as well as an active member of the Illini Disc Golf Team. Outside of work, Matt loves to grow the sport of disc golf, stay up to date with soccer, explore Chicago, and spend time with family and friends.
