Lena Eliopoulos

Lena has worked closely with PE and VC clients on strategic hires at their portfolio companies during her two years with Randall Partners.  Her experience includes CEO, CFO, COO, CRO and key direct report searches across the healthcare, fintech and industrial verticals. She leverages her deep relationship building and problem-solving skills to bring impactful talent solutions to her clients. Her two-decade long career at JPMC & BofA shaped Lena’s ability to intimately understand both the financial and unique cultural aspects of her clients. She is disciplined, energetic, creative, and is passionate about connecting others.

Lena received her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Finance, Accounting and Spanish. While working in banking, Lena earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management focusing on International Business and Marketing. In recent years, she became a Certified Treasury Professional and has obtained her Hogan Assessments Certification. Lena is a member of ACG Chicago’s Healthcare Committee.

Lena resides in Chicago with her husband, George, and two sons. She is an avid cook/host, a travel enthusiast and is dedicated to raising inquisitive minds in a tri-lingual household.
