Julie Stiller

Julie serves as Managing Partner of the Consumer Practice at Randall Partners.

Julie’s ability to listen and innately understand her client’s needs has resulted in loyal client relationships that have lasted more than a decade. Julie is driven by her passion for consumer brands, and her understanding of her clients’ needs, and is widely known for her exceptional leadership, recruiting skills, unyielding enthusiasm, and strong work ethic.

After spending more than 12 years in Retail, most recently with Nike, Julie joined a notable, global executive search firm leading the Consumer and Retail executive search efforts for 10 years. She has managed global teams in excess of 100 and has led in client development and search execution for several top consumer and retail brands spanning Director level to C-suite roles.

Julie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2001 and resides in Glencoe with her husband and three children. In addition to being very active in her local community, Julie coaches soccer and running clubs and is a passionate runner who has completed the Chicago Marathon twice.
