Dan O'Donovan

Dan serves as a Partner with Randall Partners where he is responsible for advising, consulting, and engaging new clients who are interested in finding top talent at the executive level.

Dan began his career in recruiting based on his passion for helping others and his innate ability to network and connect trusted individuals for a mutually beneficial outcome. With curiosity and candor, a consultative and hands-on approach, and a relentless effort to add value, Dan has successfully led over one hundred searches in different functional areas across various sectors such as packaging, food & beverage, automotive, engineered components, and cannabis, consumer goods, and material handling.

Prior to Randall Partners, Dan has consulted small and large clients around payroll, HR, insurance, and recruiting. He graduated from Marquette University with a Biology degree and enjoys going back to spend time in Milwaukee. He lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three children. If not in Michigan at the family lake house, you can typically find Dan at a youth sporting event, on the golf course, or grilling in his backyard.
