Craig Randall
Craig serves as the founder and Managing Partner of Randall Partners.
Serving as a board and CEO advisor, Craig helps clients identify and recruit the proper mix of talent required to grow exceptional businesses. His consultative methodology centers on working with senior executives to analyze all aspects of human capital management.
For 28 years, Craig has led teams, operations, client development, search execution, and over 600 senior-level assignments for clients. Specifically, he leads searches for CEO, CFO, COO, President, and key succession searches. Craig’s primary clients are middle-market Private Equity firms and specializes in helping them grow portfolio companies. He has become the ‘go-to’ recruiter to help a company scale by improving people, processes, and systems.
Prior to starting Randall Partners, Craig worked with Korn Ferry International and another leading search firm.
Craig received his degree from Tulane University in 1995 where he served as quarterback and captain of the Varsity Football Team. He also attended the University of Michigan and was a member of the 1992 Rose Bowl Team.
Craig lives in Winnetka with his wife Alison and their four children. Craig is extremely active with youth sports, he can usually be found on the weekends cheering or coaching his kids in soccer, football, basketball, or baseball. He is an active member of the Chicago community, supporting numerous organizations, including Children’s Home & Aid, Rush Hospital, and the Field Museum.
