Chris Zorich

Chris Zorich serves as a Partner in the firm’s Human Resources Practice and will lead the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Practice. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Before joining Randall Partners, Chris led the Sports Management, Higher Education, and Non-Profit Practice at Comhar Partners, a retained executive search firm. Prior to this, Chris had a distinguished career in professional football, where he starred on the Chicago Bears and the Washington Football Team. He also served as an Athletic Director and leader in countless philanthropic organizations.

Chris brings decades of leadership experience and a keen understanding of how to build winning teams. He understands various leadership styles and will be an invaluable resource for all clients.

Chris has been involved as a board member at Lewis University, Illinois College of Optometry, Joffrey Ballet, The Chicago Public Library, and the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School. Chris was a key leader on the 1988 National Championship Football Team.
