Andrea Johnson

Andrea Johnson serves as Vice President, Finance & Administration and oversees all assignments at Randall Partners.

Andrea brings over ten years of experience in executive search and is a co-founder of Randall Partners. Andrea specializes in research, search strategy, name generation, candidate development, scheduling, coordinating, and project communication.

Ms. Johnson’s expertise is working closely with private equity groups and serving their needs in portfolio companies, primarily in healthcare services, consumer, and technology. Andrea has worked internationally for two years and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
